Pendower Beach in Cornwall is one of my favourite beaches at any time of the year. Pendower is a south facing sandy beach approximately a mile long and with excellent views along the coastline. Owned by the National Trust at low tide the beach joins with Carne Beach to form a huge sandy beach stretching over a mile across Gerrans Bay.
- Scuba Diving
- Sea Canoeing
Dogs must be kept on a lead during the summer months and the car park is free to National Trust members. Pendower is situated on the Cornish Way Cycle Route and South West Coast Path and a popular stop to absorb the wonderful views across the bay to Nare Point.
